- 200 warm up
- 4 x 50 freestyle drills
- 4 x 25 freestyle swim variable speed
- 4 x 25 flutter kick wtih DragSox (medium effort, 15 seconds rest)
- 100 easy freestyle swim
Baseline pre-Soxtember 100 all out kick. 1 stroke allowed before each flip turn and the finish.
