Day 1

  • 200 warm up
  • 4 x 50 freestyle drills
  • 4 x 25 freestyle swim variable speed
  • 4 x 25 flutter kick wtih DragSox (medium effort, 15 seconds rest)
  • 100 easy freestyle swim

Baseline pre-Soxtember 100 all out kick. 1 stroke allowed before each flip turn and the finish.
