Today's main set. It's harder than it looks...

4 rounds of (

  • 5 push offs from the bottom of the deep end of the pool  (13 feet in our pool) with DragSox, then immediately:
  • 50 sprint kick with DragSox. Then take off DragSox and immediately:
  • 25 all out spirnt free
  • 25 easy

) recovery 2-3 minutes between rounds.
