Day 18

  • 100 swim warm up
  • 500 kick with DragSox (25 dolphin 75 flutter)
  • 400 flutter kick (100 fast 100 easy)
  • 300 flutter kick with DragSox done as:
  • (25 fast 75 easy, 50 fast 50 easy, 75 fast 25 easy)
  • 200 flutter kick easy recovery
  • 100 fast flutter kick with DragSox
  • 50 fast flutter kick
  • 100 swim warm down
