Day 5

  • 500 warmup
  • 5 min vertical kick with DragSox - hands out
  • 25 all out swim no gear
  • 3 min vertical kick with DragSox - elbows out
  • 50 all out swim no gear
  • 1 min vertical kick with DragSox - streamlined
  • 75 all out swim no gear
  • 100 easy swim

In the deep end of the pool (ours is 13 feet)

  • 10 fast streamlined push outs from the bottom of the pool with DragSox (dolphin kick)
  • 25 all out swim
  • 200 cool down
